Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide to build our global wizarding community! However, our magic currently cannot reach some parts of Asia and select remote locations. Our apologies to witches and wizards in these areas.

How long does order processing take?
Our dedicated house-elves (well, our magical staff) work diligently to process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak magical seasons, there might be slight delays, but we always work our hardest to dispatch your treasures quickly.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that lets you follow your package’s journey—almost as good as having the Marauder’s Map!
What if my package is lost or delayed?

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The galleons will find their way back to your account!
What if I received a damaged item?
