Order Processing

After you place your order, our team of dedicated wizards needs 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your items for their journey. We examine each product with the scrutiny of a Potions Master to ensure everything meets our high standards before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two magical shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your order will be delivered via DHL or FedEx and typically arrives within 10-15 business days after dispatch. This option includes tracking so you can follow your package’s journey as closely as Harry followed the Golden Snitch.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch. While this method may take a bit longer, it comes at no additional cost to you!

International Shipping Note: We proudly serve the global wizarding community, though our magic hasn’t yet reached all parts of Asia and some remote locations. Additional customs fees may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes magical items don’t work out as planned—perhaps a wand chooses a different wizard, or a robe doesn’t fit quite right. Our returns policy is designed to be as straightforward as a first-year charm.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. This gives you ample time to inspect your magical items and ensure they meet your expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Mischief Managed Note: We inspect all returned items with the scrutiny of a Hogwarts professor. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or magical tampering cannot be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1 Contact Our Customer Service Team

Send an owl (or email) to our magical customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your order number and purchase date
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange item)

2 Wait for Instructions

Our team will respond faster than you can say “Accio” with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send items back without our authorization, as they might get lost in the Department of Mysteries!

3 Ship Your Return

Once authorized, package your item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive items lost in transit.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will send you an email notification of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account—sometimes as quickly as a Golden Snitch, other times requiring the patience of a Hogwarts professor.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value, we’ll process your request once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll provide instructions for paying the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain magical items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, much like certain potion ingredients once used:

  • Cosmetics (including our Butterbeer-inspired products)
  • Opened collectables
  • Personalized or custom-made items (such as engraved wands or Hogwarts trunks)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective (perhaps it’s been hexed!), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement faster than a phoenix can deliver a message, with no return shipping required.

International Returns

For our global wizarding community, international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees or international shipping costs associated with the return.
